Sneak Peek: Family Shoot {Biggar Family Photographer}

Fall is officially here and fall family photos are off to a good start. Here is a sneak peek from this family's photo shoot taken last weekend. They picked a great spot, which was not only beautiful but had some family history as well.
We would have liked to stay out there longer, but we had to come in out of the rain.

I hope everyone is enjoying fall and has had a great Thanksgiving! 

 

Sneak Peek: Wedding Shoot {Kyle Wedding Photographer}

What an awesome couple! They, and their bridal party, were so fun to photograph! The day started out with the girls getting ready and then off to the guys. An hour before the wedding was scheduled to start it was raining and since it was an outdoor ceremony we were a little nervous. The sky cleared up just in time and it turned out to be a beautiful day! I have also heard that it is lucky to have rain on your wedding day.

They got married outside by an old barn which made for some great outdoor shots. 

I hope they enjoyed their day! I know I sure did!

Sneak Peek: Engagement Shoot {Kyle Engagement Photographer}

This couple picked some great spots for their engagement shoot. We took advantage of the golden evening light and tried some fun poses with shadows and the sun. Here is a sneak peek from their shoot.

TSN and Kraft come to KYLE!! {Kyle Documentary Photographer}

First off I just wanted to say that everyone that made this day happen did an AWESOME job! What a great day for our small town. On August 23rd TSN did a live Sportscentre broadcast from the Kyle rodeo grounds in front of a very excited crowd!
Booths were set-up giving away free Kraft products and there were games and a Kool-Aid guy for the kids. Roughriders were signing autographs, a mini rodeo was held that day for all the spectators and Jay Onrait and Dan O'Toole put on a great show.
To top it all off the town of Kyle was presented a $25 000 cheque to go towards the sports centre!

All I can say is: Kyle is awesome, the people of Kyle are awesome and volunteers are awesome!! Thanks Kraft and TSN!

Sneak Peek: 75th Birthday Shoot {Calgary Documentary Photographer}

I have been a little bit behind in posting some of the pics from a couple of my shoots from earlier this month.
Before we left on vacation for Las Vegas we spent a weekend in Calgary. I was asked to take pictures at this 75th birthday party. It was a great time. Lots of good food, friends and enjoying the lake and the nice weather. All-in-all a good day!

I got to hang out with these three boys the other day. The older two gave me a tour of their toys and showed me their new baby brother. It won't be long until he is following right behind them! Thanks for being so good and so much fun!
