Week in Review: NEW Client Gallery!

  For the past month I have had a lot of help setting up a new section of my business called: Client Gallery! This gallery is a place for me to post photos and allow clients to view them and order prints online! I think it will be especially useful to use for sporting/event shoots.

  How it Works:
  All photos placed on the gallery are unedited and un-cropped
  All orders will have all necessary editing and cropping
  There are 3 choices of sizes: 4x6, 5x7 and 8x12
  Orders are paid for online using Credit Card or Paypal
  Orders will be printed and sent to the client in the mail

  I am so excited to offer this service to my clients. I hope you enjoy it!
Here are some screenshots on how to view the gallery from my website. You can also go directly to this link to check it out:

Herbert High School Rodeo {Herbert Sport Photographer}

  The long weekend was a busy one for High School Rodeo! Saturday I spent the day in Herbert taking photos of the Junior High and High School rodeo performances. It was a bit cold but the sun was shining and the rain stayed away. Overall it was a great day! Here are some rodeo action shots!

Week in Review: Seeding 2012 is complete!

     This last week has been good to us in that it has been hot and sunny and perfect weather for seeding. It is always such a busy time of year and it feels good to say that we finished this week! This means that I will now have more time to catch up on editing and to get prepared for the busy photo shoot/wedding season.  I hope all the other farmers out there are having a good, safe, productive seeding season!

Here are some seeding photos to finish up the week. I hope everyone has a great May Long Weekend!

Sneak Peek: Multi-Family Shoot {Sask Landing Family Photographer}

  I am so excited that it is now "photo shoot season!" This past weekend I had a photo shoot with this awesome family. It was a very hot day and very very sunny. Finding shade was pretty tricky but we managed to find some good spots. I had a great afternoon taking their photos and I hope they enjoy their sneak peek!
Thanks for enduring the heat and the bright sun in the eyes!

Sneak Peek: 100th Birthday Party Shoot {Kyle Documentary Photographer}

     This past weekend I spent the afternoon/evening documenting a very special occasion. This family celebrated a very important family member's 100th birthday party!
     The afternoon was spent visiting with family, relatives, neighbours and friends. The supper was delicious, the decorations were beautiful and the entertainment was great. They even had a photo booth so they could get photos of their guests. It poured rain outside all afternoon but we all stayed nice and dry in their barn. All in all it was a great day and I'm pretty sure they broke my record for largest family photo taken!
     What an amazing birthday to celebrate! Happy Birthday! I hope you enjoyed your day!

Week in Review: Rain Rain Rain

   I love rain. I love the smell, the sound it makes and the way it cleans everything and makes the world feel fresh again.
   It was looking pretty wet around here for awhile this past week. When there was a break in the rain I headed out with my camera to get some shots (and also to play in the mud!) I hope everyone enjoyed the rain and is now enjoying some warmer days as well! Happy Spring!

Week in Review: Swift Current MS Walk

          I can't believe it is already May! The year is flying by. I hope everyone is enjoying spring, even though we have had some cooler/rainy weather.

         This month is the Multiple Sclerosis Walk in Swift Current. For the past couple of months I have been saving a portion of the money I make from my photo shoots to put toward this cause and will continue to do so until the walk. My family and I will be walking in it again this year. The Swift Current MS Walk takes place on May 27th at 1:00pm.

If you would like to make a donation to the MS Society here is my page on the MS Walk site:
